Living A Happy and Healthy Ideal Lifestyle by Marla Stone

Check out www.i-deal-lifestyle.com  This is a great website for ideas to have a better and more fulfilling life.  Just remember you matter.  If you don’t think you are important, how can you make anyone else in your life feel important?  Support yourself first and then others, that way you won’t fall short in your support of others.  Your health, happiness and zest for life depend on you keeping yourself well.  No one but you can keep yourself well.  Not even the best doctors are responsible for your well being.  Getting yourself to the right resources and following through on specialized health regimes is the key to wellness.  Stay focused on self improvement and having positive thoughts and dreams.  If you are in a negative mode, find a solution to get you to the positive mode.  Think of something that always makes you chuckle, like the time you had toilet paper stuck to your shoe, or when you had your zipper down in front of a crowd….ooops!

Lately I decided to work losing weight and getting healthier, physically. I am eating healthier than ever and working out. I am eating more fruit and vegetables and staying away from all beef, poultry, fatty animal products and eating lean turkey and fish.  I also stopped using too much butter and oil. I also have decreased dairy.  Dairy is really for children.  Only baby cows drink milk from their mother.  Adult cows are weaned off of milk at adulthood.

Change in the slightest way, for your health and happiness is not easy, but at times necessary.  Even Whole Foods Market http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com is going through big changes.  They want people to eat more plant based foods, in order to lower the health hazards many Americans experience.  I have heard they are going to rate food ABCDF according to the nutritional value, in order for people to really contemplate what they are buying.
