Technology is your ally; by setting timers on your phone and using reminders and task management apps, you can have a 24-hour assistant right at your fingertips.  

ADHD will not impend you to be your best; you need to understand that instead of trying harder, you should try differently. Assigning specific places for your belongings can save you time and reduce frustration when looking for things.  

Stick to daily routines and chores to promote structure and independence in your day. Simple tasks such as making your bed and putting your dirty clothes in a laundry hamper instead of the floor are lifelong routines that will back you up when a new life demand comes into play.  

Having a minimalist approach to your belongings will prevent the buildup of unnecessary expenses and bring more mental peace. Managing your inventory will invite a more approachable way of putting things away, reduce decision-making while getting dressed, and make your space more open and calm.
